How To Get Six Pack Abs In 3 Minutes Workout

Today I am going to tell you my secret on how to get a six pack in 3 minutes.  Sounds too good to be true, right?

Now, I am going to be upfront with you and let you know that no matter how awesome I am… unless you get an ab transplant, you’re not going to get a six pack in literally three minutes.  That would be pretty awesome though.

I do want to let you know that if you do the right type of consistent training, keep a healthy diet, and you stay positive, I can show you how to get a six pack in 3 minutes!  Well… with just three minutes of intense training a day, in addition to lifting weights at least four times a week for just 30 minutes.  This 3 minute six pack routine, is a perfect type of workout for someone who is in a time crunch, but still wants to make that extra push toward getting six pack abs.



3/4 Sit-up

Reps 20-30
Rest 30 seconds

Bottoms Up

 Sets 3
Reps 10-15
Rest 30 seconds

Cross-Body Crunch

Sets 3-4
Reps 20-30
Rest 30 seconds



Decline Reverse Crunch

Rest 30 seconds

 Plank
